Rochan had gotten up early this morning, hoping to have woke up before Shilow had come to assault him. When he saw the male sleeping next to him a bit a ways, he smiled devious, but knew that he was probably silently planning his first attack. He padded up towards the sleeping male and pressed a paw down on his tail suddenly. "Morning sunshine, time to go!" He said in an annoying merrily way. he was glad that they were almost done walking. His paws were achy from all of it but he didn't complain about them. He would wait for the male to stir before moving to the front of his face and plopping down in front of him using his paw to swipe at his muzzle playfully. "Cooooome onnnnnn I wanna go now!" He said all pup-like.

Shilow was sleeping heavily so his chances of waking up before rochan were slim to none. He was just in a dream about chasin howlite when a stomp on his tail made his eyes shoot open. He looked up at the male to have his muzzle swatted at. He growled though smiled as he rose. "Payback. I got it." He said then shook out his fur before looking to the sleeping pup. He scruffed the pup before continuing forward. Now it was routine. He traveled silently that day as he tried his hardest to find a winter home. He wanted a place that was convenient, water not too far, food nearby, many dens. But he wondered what the odds were. He had to be padding forward for another hour before he hear what sounded like the gentle tumbling of a stream. His ears perked and he tilted his head as he moved forward. Just beyond some trees was a narrow stream that he decided to follow for another two miles. He looked to rochan for a moment before his eyes moved ahead. He stepped right into a clearing that the stream seemed to cut in half. His eyes widened at it and he places howlite down. "Wow." He said then looked to rochan.

Rochan gleamed happily as the male woke up in a growl. Which was his intentions after all. The group wasted no time at all to begin moving and when they finally had arrived at the place, he was astonished. It was perfect, or so it seemed. Warmer, for sure. "Good job Alpha. Now can we sleep?" He asked in a teasing tone. He knew that they would have to get some sort of food prepared for the others and set up dens if there were any. It seemed pretty simple though. The grass was greener on the other side, and he knew that he couldn't wait for his mate to arrive so they could get to exploring their new lands. His eyes casting over at Shilow after looking at the young male. "Whats next?" He asked simply.
Cota and her family had arrived at the new home before the sun had rose. Her mother and father seemed to be to tired to do much of anything else after the journey which left her a chance to explore! She had pulled away silently out from her fathers side and darted away into the clearing. It wasn't long until she found the water source that broke the clearing nearly in half, her eyes watching the small fish swimming quickly pass her. "Fidsh." She said knowingly as she remembered eating them one time. Her eyes than caught that of stepping stones across the creek which caused her to smile widely. She made a face and bit down on her tongue gently as she focused on crossing them. "Cotuhz walkz duh the waders!" She sung happily as she played and giggled.

Shilow shrugged and looked around. "No sure I really feel like doing anything but sleeping. The other should arrive tomorrow morning. We have all night to find food and explore. But I'm tired." He did as he slid to the ground and crossed his paws, laying his head across them. He looked to howlite and sighed, hoping the pup wouldn't do anything while he napped.
It took howlite maybe another half hour after Shilow fell asleep for him to wake. He opened his eyes and immediately his ears twitched to the sound of the stream. The air seemed mor open now so he knew he wasn't in the woods. But he was still cautious. He rose and padded forward slowly, scared to run into a tree, but when he found there were no obsticles, his tail wagged happily and he chuffed loudly. Sorinas smell wasnt around but he m ew his. Other would come to him and that he was safe with Shilow. Just as he was about to go explore the waters. He heard something coming from the stream. It was singing and a voice he knew well. "Cotzuh!!!! Howee heerrr!" He called out, not gettin too close to the water for he knew the last time he fell in the "rain" his mum wasnt too happy. But he was so curious, wondering what Cota was doing near the water and how she was doing whatever it was.

Rochan nodded in agreement as he too slid down onto his stomach. He didn't feel like moving at all really, and glad Shilow had mentioned sleep before he had. "That sounds wonderful, actually." He teased before letting his head fall onto his paws. Howlite was still asleep at this point so he knew it would be okay for him to take a nap as well. If anything, both him and Shilow would wake up in an instant should anything did happen.
Cota was having so much fun dancing on the stones that she didn't hear Howlite's voice until she hoped around. "Howete?!?" She questioned before running over the rocks and tripping over her massive fore paws. She giggled, and wagged her tail some before jumping back to her paws instantly. "Wheyed Howete, heer? Whered momma?" She asked curiously but just as she asked it, her mind went back to play mode and instantly she started jumping around the male. Excitedly. "Howete heer, Howete heer!" She cheered.

Howlite smiled widely when he was acknowledged. "Howee staz heeer. Howee mumma not heerrr." He told her then perked when he began to hear her voice all around him. He knew she was running around so he crouched and waited for the sound of her voice to be in front of him then he pounced her. He gave a little puppy growl then stood over her. "Wha cotzuh doos wif ween?" He asked, wondering what game Cota was playing before he got there.

Cota tilted her head as he spoke. Unsure of what he was trying to say.. Both of their accents were hard to understand.. When he mentioned the rain she turned her head upwards and saw no rain from the sky but than turned to face the creek wondering if he was talking about the stones she was dancing on. "Cotuhz waz wawlkins on waders Howete com sees?." She questioned before nosing him forward. "Howete sees Cotuhz wawks on waders." She confirmed. If anything this pup was going to end up killing Howlite one of these days without even knowing it.

Howlite backed off of her to let her explain what she was doing. He padded cautiously ahead to the stream then stopped and his head tilted. He wasnt sure what seeing was but he knew it was something he couldn't do and in its place he knew he could hear very well. He tilted his head "waders? Howee nawt sees. Howee hears. Howee wawks waders?" He asked before scooting forwar slowly until he felt a paw dip into the water then he stopped.

Cota beamed happily when he followed her, one paw in the water as she heard him stop. The puplet turned her head to face the little brute questionably tilting her head. "Howete no coms?" She asked curiously. Than she remembered that he said that he couldn't see the water but he can hear it. Maybe he'd be able to hear her stepping on the stones? But that was a lot of thinking for a three month old pup. "Howete falloz Cotuhz." She assured him. Turning her back around to where she was walking backwards on the stones. Her hind legs was ontop of the first stone, her forelegs in the creek. Luckily, it wasn't to deep for either pup. The deeper water would've been upstream. "Howete heers Cotuhz." She said as she used one paw to step in and out of the water to help him.

Howlite tilted his head one way then the other. He heard her paw come in and out of the waters which have him a bit of direction. He stuck his paw in and splashed as well then jumped in. His front paws slid down the rock and he landed in the water. At first he panicked with his head under the water but he found he could stand to his paws. The water came up to his muzzle so lifting his head helped him breathe. He touched the stone then jumped up on it. "Uh-udder-one?" He asked if another stone was after this one that he had to jump on.

Cota smiled happily. Glad he had figured it out. When he had leaped onto the stone, she instantly stepped into the water with her hind legs with her fore paws ontop of the first one. "Howete dids it!" She exclaimed happily before moving to answer his question. "anodders onez Howete." She said before moving back some until her hind legs were on the second stone. She would splash the water again with one paw to give him some more direction.

Howlite smiled widely at the praise then listened for the splashing. He changed his position slightly then jumped for it. He almost made it, his paws made contact with the stone but he slipped and his back legs dipped into the water. He squeaked but soon pulled himself up onto the next rock "howee dood it!!" He said happily as he pawed at her in excitement but also to see how close she was. "Uhder-unz!"

Cota giggled when he slid in and was only half way into the creek. "Howete look sillees.." She said as he pulled himself up from the creek. By now they were squished together on a rock that wasn't made for two. So in order for both of them to stay on, Cota lifted her head around Howlite's own to keep herself balance. It wasn't long until she started slipping and fell into the water herself. So now, instead of standing in the water, she was sitting in it, front paws holding onto the stone. "Cotuhz sillees nowz." She giggled loudly before moving to all four paws. She would turn towards the last rock and pull herself up onto it before turning back around to face her friend. "Anodders onez Howete." She assured, looking back just to make sure.

Howlite giggled when she did then heard a plop in the water and figured now she fell in so he giggled. "Shillee." He said, calling her silly as she called him. He nodded to her when she said there was another stone then he prepared himself. He leapt and this time he made it onto the rock but bumped into her. "Howee doods it!" He said again then lifted his head. "Nawt morezuh? Gwass?" He questioned, head tilting, wondering if the grass came next or another stone.

Cota smiled and wagged her tail more. "Howete dids it, he dids!" She assured him before looking back once more and saw the grass. "Yeds, gwass." She assured before turning to face the grass. Her tongue lolled out to the side of her muzzle as she went to jump for it, but instead of landing swiftly, she rolled face first into the grass with a oomph. "owies." She said before standing to shake herself off. It didn't hurt that bad which was probably a good thing. Once she was up, she turned to face Howlite and prepared herself for stiffed landing. "Howete doods it!" She said, copying his words a bit. "Dits gwass!" She assured.
