Howlite tilted his head when chenoa questioned his information. But then his head tilted the other way at the sound of Wythe's voice. "Smells wike Stonoa...." He explained in a whisper a he became more and more shy. And when Wythe yelled wiffs in his face, he jumped and hid behind Thaleia. His ears were very sensitive at this point so they nearly scared the pee out of him. "Howee." He said though his muzzle was smooshed into Leia's fur.

Thaleia canted her own head. "Ah, the infamous den escape. Classic." she snickered. Her attention was torn between keeping up a conversation with Chenoa and watching the pups inspect each other. She was a little worried about how Howlite would react, and she supposed she had the right to be, especially when he ended up jumping out of his fur only to hide behind hers. She sighed softly, twisting to nose the male reassuringly. "It's all right, Howlite. They're your friends," she murmured. "Do try to be a little quieter, pups. Please?" she asked, smiling warmly.

Chenoa nodded towards the female as she spoke. "So I guess it's not only my pups that do it." She chuckled and watch Wythe go up to Howlite only to shout in his face. "Wythe... Soft voices son..Soft." She said softly as indication of how to use his voice. She knew that teaching the pups was going to be difficult but it was going to be fun for her and Shilow as well. "I am sorry Howlite dear... " She said quietly, she'd leaned down to nose Cinnia as she approached her brother. She couldn't help it but to smile at their curiosity.
Wythe jumped when Howlite did, only to take off for his mother's pelt when he ran to hide. "Wiffs sowwy mummas.." He said quietly, peeking out from behind her leg to see if the other pup had come out of hiding yet. He didn't know what to do now and hoped for his father to come soon. He than glanced up from his mothers leg's, his ears sticking up a bit. "Mummas, whhhhhares papuhs?" He asked wondering about his father.

scampered round the forest floor deep in the woods whimpering trying to find the others. He knew he shouldnt have wandered off and now he was lost just like he had been when he arrived in the pack. He hunkered in an old fox den shivering and soaked from the rain. He needed to find his pack so he yelped out every so often hoping someone would hear him

Cinnia stood in the middle of all this running and hiding and it was starting to bother her. This wasn't any fun. "Wiff an Howee swop bein scariedies. Youz not scaries." she said telling them to quit hiding behind the grown ups like scaredy cats. It was no fun to play with pups if all they would do is hide. "We needz pways not hides." Cinnia added a little bit of paw stomping to that. she had escaped the den to have fun and that was what she was going to do if she had to sneak off alone while they were hiding from each other.

Howlite slowly moved away from Thaleia when she spoke sweetly to him. Then his head moved in cinnia's direction. "Howee nawt scaw'ed wood. Howee bave woof." He corrected her then sat back on his haunches. "Howee stows poops da waders now." He said then lifted up and went to pad away. Until he heard loud noises from the woods. He perked and spun around quickly. His eyes were wide with feel but he knew the adults were near so he continued. He stopped at the waters edge then turned. "W-w-Winnia and.. Uhhhhh.... Weef too wittle to pway on da Wocks." He said, deducing this by their speech.

"Nah," she chuckled. The fae watched the pups play, her tassel tapping the ground thoughtfully. There were so many young faces around now, it actually kind of kept her spirits up to see them so carefree and playful. She smiled, gazing around the clearing, distracted for the moment.

Circean continued to trudge forward, ignoring the sting of weariness biting into her paws. She had been exploring the territory, avoiding sore subjects and several different wolves for various different reasons. The new scenery and lands had been wonderful distractions but as she grew more familiar, her mind wandered back towards the grudges she held, which she had found out she was remarkably good at. The fae rarely talked about negative feelings, and kept any bummer thoughts locked away, which resulted in repressed anger that lasted ages.
Now, she shook her head, rebuking herself and finally acknowledged that she had to return to the clearing. Her rumbling stomach and throbbing paws had finally gained her attention as she adjusted her path and started padding towards the clearing. After several minutes, she lifted her dark nose to the air and inhaled a variety of aromas that began to grow increasingly familiar as she spent more time in these lands. After sifting about the misture of smells, she angled her path towards her sworn-sisters mother and her fathers mate. A soft smile tilted the tips of her mouth up, until she saw her two step-syblings and cousin playing about. Her ears flicked down against her skull before she forced them up again. Circeans walk had halted when she saw the pups, but now she managed to move forward again, coming to sit quietly next to Thaleia.

Cinnia smiled when Howlee came out from hiding. He was bigger than her but that didn't stop her from following. She hoped Wythe would follow to, she felt safer with her brother even though he was about the same size as her. She was about to go back to pull Wythe along when Howlee said she was to small to do something. "Winnia Notz to smaw. Winnia bigz." She said puffing out her chest and standing as tall as she could, which wasn't very tall. The poor pup was just to small even puffed up to look at all threatening. Cinnia figured out what the wades were but she still had no idea what wocks he was talking about. She just didn't want to be called small by a small wolf.

Howlite tilted his head at Cinnia when she said she was a big wolf. He couldn't see her little act but he shrugged. "Howee nawt smells Winnia bigzuh. Howee hear Winnia smells. Howee stows you whaa howee doos." He told her very calmly then nodded before turning to the waters. He padded along the edge of the stream until he heard the sound of the water being disrupted by the stepping stones (wocks). "Howee wawks ona da waders." He said before crouching and jumping onto the first stepping stone. He tapped te water with a paw as if Cinnia needed help finding it because SHE was blind. He jumped to the next rock. "Tome Winnia. Dumps ona da wocks."
