Chenoa whinned a bit in her sleep. Her stomach was abit achy which was weird for her.. She didn't know if it was because she was hungry or if it was the pups and Sorina was not there to help her. Raina and the others have yet to wake up from their nights slumber and the group has yet to move on. Which also got her worrying.. She tried her hardest not to, but not having seen Shilow in three..four? Days really made her anxious. She hated not having him or Sorina there with her. She whined again as a little more pain went through. Finally her eyes opened as she decided that ignoring the issue was not going to help. She would wait until Raina would wake to urge on more movement, hopefully the femme would do so..

Shilow had been awake for he last hour, scouting the area. He didnt want to travel too far without Leia or rochan. The land they found for the wolves next step was near a mountain just as shallow as the shallow mountains back at home. He decided to make the next camp there, in a nook in the mountain side. It took only thirty minutes to go from the grove to that place. For the next destination. He wanted to stay following along the shallow mountain there. And it seemed as he was scouting that morning that there seemed to be a few nicks in the mountain side that would keep the traveling wolves well concealed. Best of all, it seemed the herds migration was starting to slow down. They were settling around these areas and all it took was a bit more moving before they would find their set winter home. Shilow began to pad back where he would kick a pine come into rochans head and smirk. It was still cold there. But the cold was a big more bare able seeing as though they weren't on such high land like back in the main katahdin mountains.
Howlite laid there next to his mother quietly. It wasnt until he heard a whine that he rose his head from his paws then he rose and padded off towards the sound quickly. He tripped over a few branches and large rocks before finally reaching chenoa. He lowered his head to sniff her out and when he did he chuffed lowly and pawed at her fur. "Howee." He said, introducing himself the best he could because he ever smelled this wolf before though she did smell a bit like Shilow.

It didnt take the large male long to stir after the pinecone had hit him. It honestly felt like a paw was bumping him in the muzzle. One eyelid opened sleepishly when he caught sight of a fuzzy male near him. He groaned, rolling over to his side to stretch out his limbs. He was a bit more tired this morning but he knew there was work to be done. "You know you could just wake me up like a normal wolf.." He teased before rolling back onto his stomach and slowly standing to his paws where he than, proceeded to shaking his pelt to wake him up a bit more. He licked his chops a little as he stood there. "Where to next?" He asked curiously.
Chenoa smiled quietly when she saw Sorinas son approaching her. Of course she feared for the little males safety, she knew Sorina would be up in a matter of seconds. "Good morning Howlite.." She said softly. She was rather tired after the morning wake. The pups made it hard for her to sleep, even moreso now that they were moving much more. "Im Chenoa, sbouldn't you he with your mother dear?" She asked calmly. Though she tried to hide it, it was painful for her to really lay in one spot. So she slowly shuffled herself over to another side of her form as her calm hues watched the little male.
Sorina had woken up to her sons movement. After sleeping with him alone for so long, it was easy to distuingish which one of her brutes were waking. Most of the time, being her escapee. She yawned loudly before rising to her paws and following his scent to wherever it was he had ran off to. As she got closer, she caught his and Chenoa's scent close by. Her brows rose a bit as she saw the female. "Howlee.. What are you doing with Chenoa? She needs her rest." She said calmly to him.

Shilow shook his head. "No. No I can't. Exhaust IM not a normal wolf." He countered with a grin. He bumped into the male before padding ahead. "I think it's best if we stay near the edge of the mountains here. It'll keep up well hidden as we move along. And safe. " he explained as he waked along the rocks. He let out a yawn then looked over his shoulder. "The herds are slowing. We should be there very soon." He added with a smile before padding on. "Hope everyone's okay." He said a bit under his breath then looked to rochan. "I'm sure howlite is causing hell." He joked.
Howlite's tail began to wag and his ears stuck straight up. He stepped closer to chenoa and when she spoke, his head adjusted to get a better chance of facing her. "Mumma? Mumma nawt tome." He responded but just as he did, he hears his mothers voice chime in. His head whipped around and his empty blue eyes stared shocked in her direction. "Mumma! I pwayz cho-no-no!" He said happily, trying to say her name.
