Wythe had started to stir, yipping in his sleep as he dreamed. When he finally had woken, his eyes fluttered open, for the first time; a blueish grey color capable of seeing the world around him. It was still dark as he looked around, confusing him so he started whinning. He could feel his back limbs stretching out so he tried to stand on them like he had with his front ones. He pushed on his front paws as he tried to figure this out. Pulling out his right hind leg and continuing to push on it, unfortionately he pushed to far and caused himself to fall on his face. He made a face and tried again. Pushing up with his forepaws before using his back legs again. He stood up slowly and wobbled once he was up. Shaking, he tried at stepping, lifting up his foot a little ways only to fall sideways into his fathers muzzle and yipped loudly when he landed. Mad at himself for not being able to do this yet.

Shilow was sleeping until he heard movement beside him. His eyes opened quickly but he didnt move. He watches Wythe attempt to stand and even walk. A smile pulled at his maw and he couldn't help but to chuckle when Wythe fell over with a yip. "Good job, buddy." He said softly then moved his head so Wythe was lying on his paws now. He lifted Wythe up to stand up on his paws then slowly let him go. Seeing if he could try standing again.
Howlite slept nice and sound, cuddled up to his mother and father. But the moment he woke up, he wanted to get to those holes. He now knew we're they should go. He knew the place to put them was where it was coldest. And the coldest was under trees where there was no sun. He found a gathering of trees where it was coldest so he would find that spot again. He pushed up and padded out of the den, shaking out his fur which caused him to fall over. But he recovered and rose to pad off to the spot. It took him a while to find the coldest dirt, but when he found it, at the woods before the hunting grounds. He began to dig, putting his hole body into it, and about Half an hour later, he managed to dig a hole only as big as himself. But he continued to try. Eventually the hole was twice his size which was only big enough to fit a hare in it. He jumped in and ducked down, as if he was hiding, and he began to giggle evily. "Whewe howee? No woofz fwind howerz..." He said in a low and eerie voice and a huge evil grin on his face. Though he felt no one could see him, his ears and tail stuck out of the hole.

Wythe turned his head slightly to wherever the sound was coming from. Yipping at it as if to respond to him. When his father picked him up and placed him back on his paws, he yipped again and tried to walk once more. Carefully, he lifted up a paw and placed it down. When he didnt stumble, his tail wagged happily and he yipped in excitement, so he tried again. Picking up another paw and placing it back down before falling over on his side.
Chenoa woke when she heard Shilows voice. She was still in a haze and wasn't sure if she was still sleeping or not. However, when she heard her sons yips and growls, she knew that she was awake. A yawn escaped her muzzle as she lifted her head from the ground to see what the comotion was about when she spotted Wythe stummbling over. Her ears instantly perked up but saw that Shilow wasn't worried so she had no reason to be. Of course she did, she was the momma! Every sound, or thump she heard alerted her. Her eyes went to Shilows curiously. "Whats going on?" She asked.
Sorina was sound asleep...That was, until her son stirred from her side. Her orange hues peered open to see him running off from the clearing. She, no sooner rose to her paws and groggily followed the little brute. Where he was going and what ue was doing was unknown to her but when she arrived, all she could see was the tip of his ears sticking out from the ground...'Guess thats one way of digging your own grave...' She thought merely to herself as he spoke. She crept up silently to his whole and peeked over her shoulder with a smile. "Having fun, son?" She asked as the thought of a bath came to mind.

Shilow smiled widely when wythe took successful steps. He nuzzled the pup then lifted his eyes to chenoa. He shook his head. "Wythe seems very determined to walk. He took two steps." He said before scruffing the pup and placing him back on his paws. "He's okay if he falls. It'll only give him determination in the end."
Howlites tail began to wag as he stayed crouched there. He felt as if his hiding spot was working because it was quiet for a whole minute! And in pup time a minute was forever. He giggle to himself until he heard a voice behind him and he jumped, face slamming into the wall of the hole and then he fell back. He scrambled to his paws then scraped his way out of the small cache. Shaking out his fur and trying to play it off, he finally spoke. "How mumma fwinds da howee?" He said, very amused. "Howee dets stared den dumps otta da hoooooooooole."
